VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds): Commonly used as VOCs, they are generally classified into several categories, including non methane hydrocarbons (NMHCs), oxygen containing organic compounds, halogenated hydrocarbons, nitrogen containing organic compounds, and sulfur containing organic compounds. VOCs participate in the formation of ozone and secondary aerosols in the atmospheric environment, and have an important impact on regional atmospheric ozone pollution and PM2.5 pollution. Most VOCs have unpleasant special odors, and have toxic, irritant, teratogenic, and carcinogenic effects. Especially benzene, toluene, and formaldehyde can cause significant harm to human health. VOCs are important precursors that cause urban smog and photochemical smog, mainly derived from processes such as coal chemical industry, petrochemical industry, fuel paint manufacturing, solvent manufacturing and use.
The RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) combustion chamber is first warmed by a combustion engine to the VOCs destruction temperature, and the VOCs gas is fed into the furnace body by an extraction windmill. The automatic control system controls the upward and downward movement of the valve plate of the three-way poppet damper, controls the length of the intake and exhaust switching time, and changes the airflow direction of the intake and exhaust of the two heat storage beds. Enter a heat storage tank (tank A) to preheat to a certain processing temperature to pyrolyse and chemically destroy the VOCs therein. When the VOCs are released into high-temperature gas and pass through another heat storage tank (tank B), the thermal energy of the gas will be transferred to the previously cooled heat storage material, that is, the sensible heat of the high-temperature gas will be stored, and the gas will emit clean CO2 (g) and H2O (g) to the atmosphere at a lower temperature.
The methods of water treatment include physical treatment and chemical treatment. Humans have been using water treatment methods for quite a few years. Physical methods include using various filter materials with different pore sizes, using adsorption or blocking methods to exclude impurities from the water. The more important of the adsorption methods is using activated carbon for adsorption. The blocking method is to pass water through the filter material, making it impossible for larger impurities to pass through, thereby obtaining cleaner water.
BAHE valve environmental water treatment solutions meet stringent environmental standards. Through our global sales network, we work closely with our customers and leverage our rich manufacturing, technology, and research and development capabilities to help them continuously optimize and innovate in new market opportunities.
The main products include: conventional ball valves, butterfly valves, regulating valves, switch/regulating valves, and other series.
