Valve patrol inspection technology
Patrol inspection of valves: doing a good job in valve patrol inspection is a prerequisite for doing a good job in valve operation management. A line patrol team should be established, whose main tasks include not only patrol inspection of leakage points and construction supervision, but also valve patrol inspection as their main work content. Their valve patrol inspection work should be assessed through the valve burying rate index.
The main contents of valve patrol inspection include:
Checking the material of the valve is crucial.
2. Visual inspection of valve body and seals
3. The opening and error measurement of the electric valve should be witnessed, and whether the switch is sensitive.
4. Check whether the pneumatic valve leaks or is stuck.
5. Whether there is leakage in the valve body, packing, valve cover, etc., and the tightness of the packing
During the pressure sealing test, it is necessary to check whether the flange surface leaks, and also consider the pressure difference between API 598 and national standards.
7. Whether the bolts are loose, especially the high-temperature valve
8. Support position of valve
If it is an insulated valve, is the insulation of the valve complete
10. Is the installation direction correct
11. Regularly inspect the gate shaft of the valve to ensure that it is not buried or occupied. Observe the topographic changes at the gate shaft. If the shaft cover must be raised or lowered in a timely manner, it should be ensured that the shaft cover is neither buried nor hinders the traffic safety of the road. The debris stacked on the shaft position should be urged to be removed, the damaged shaft cover and ring should be replaced in a timely manner, and the collapsed gate shaft should be rebuilt or repaired in a timely manner.
12. Carry out patrol inspection of road construction. As the pace of urban construction continues to accelerate, new and renovation projects for urban infrastructure continue to increase. Doing a good job in valve inspection on construction roads is of great significance in preventing valve burial and synchronizing valve maintenance and replacement with road construction.
13. Condition of manhole covers: The loss and incompleteness of manhole covers have led to accidents among passersby, which are not uncommon in various cities. To prevent such accidents, it is necessary to use the manhole covers as a key point for patrol inspection.
14. Leakage of valves. Through patrol inspection, some valves with obvious faults were found. Such as a leaking valve, it can be easily found during the inspection process.
A Specific patrol inspection content and implementation unit
The specific patrol inspection shall be conducted by Party B's own professional personnel, and Party B shall provide venues, tools, vehicles, etc. for this purpose.
Specific inspections should include the following:
2.1 Check the sealing conditions of pipes and other components, joints, flanges, and valves for leakage;
2.2 Check whether the thermal insulation layer and anti-corrosion layer of the pipeline are damaged, peeled off, or not in good condition due to cold running; Whether the anti-corrosion coating is intact;
2.3 Check whether the position of the pipeline meets relevant requirements;
2.4 Inspect the pipeline for abnormal vibration;
2.5 Check whether the pipes collide with each other, whether the pipes sink or deform abnormally;
2.6 Check whether the supports and hangers of the pipeline are falling off, deformed, and damaged;
2.7 Check valves, flanges, and expansion joints;
2.8 Check whether the identification on the pipeline is intact and meets the requirements;
2.9 Check the safety protection device;
B Content and implementation unit of online inspection
"Online inspection: Party B shall, based on the pipeline safety level, corresponding technical parameters, and operational requirements, cooperate with the pipeline clearance shutdown when conditions permit after Party A proposes specific projects, times, and tasks, and seek an appropriate, qualified third party recognized by the competent certification authority to conduct online inspection.". Party B and the third party shall enter into a separate specific contract.
During the term of the agreement, Party A shall provide Party B with the specific implementation time, requirements, and items of the pipeline online inspection for the next year 90 days before the expiration of each calendar year, and the specific online inspection plan shall be determined by both parties through consultation. Before determining the online inspection plan, Party A shall prepare technical data related to the inspection, such as the pipeline layout plan, pipeline process flow diagram, single line diagram, previous online inspection and comprehensive inspection reports, and operating parameters. The third party implementing online inspection should, on the basis of understanding these materials, inspect the pipeline operation records, startup and shutdown records, implementation records of pipeline hidden danger monitoring measures, pipeline reconstruction construction records, maintenance reports, and pipeline fault handling records, and develop an inspection plan based on the actual situation. Party B shall play an organizing and coordinating role in the formulation of the inspection plan.
The online inspection shall include the following contents:
3.1 Check the sealing condition of pipes and other components for leakage;
3.2 Check whether the thermal insulation layer of the pipeline is damaged, peeled off, or not in good condition due to cold running; Whether the anti-corrosion coating is intact;
3.3 Inspect the pipeline for abnormal vibration;
3.4 Check the position and deformation of the pipeline;
3.5 Check the supports and hangers of the pipeline;
3.6 Check valves, flanges, and expansion joints;
3.7 Check whether the marks on the pipeline are intact and meet the requirements;
3.8 Check the safety protection device;
3.9 Resistance measurement;
3.10 Wall thickness measurement;
4. On-line inspection cycle and report:
4.1 Online inspection cycle: According to relevant national regulations, at least one year is a cycle. At least once per cycle;
4.2 Determination of online inspection time;
4.3 The online inspection conclusion report provides a visual carrier record.
When a third party conducts online inspection, Party B shall:
5.1 Promoting compliance by third parties with safety management regulations and other norms and standards for public corridors;
5.2 Coordinate the relationship with other user pipeline operations on the common pipe rack;
5.3 Organize and supervise the implementation of online inspection by third parties according to the content agreed in this agreement, and promptly notify Party A of any problems found therein;
