How to choose the model of valve electric actuator?
When selecting the type of valve electric device, users should first understand the type of valve, the operating specifications of the device, and the position of the valve on the pipeline or equipment, and then inquire about the functional requirements of the electric actuator. Attention should be paid to determining the IP protection level of the electric device, the voltage of the electric power supply, knowing the operating time of the electric device, determining the form of the electric actuator, and additional functions.
The valve electric actuator is one of the driving devices used to automatically operate the valve and connected to the valve. The valve electric actuator is driven by electric power, and the movement process of the valve electric actuator is controlled by the magnitude of stroke, torque, or axial thrust.
There are two main categories of valve electric actuators, which can be divided into ordinary electric devices and special protective electric devices according to the type of protection.
The use environment of ordinary electric devices is as follows:
1) Ambient temperature: - 25-40 ℃;
2) Ambient relative humidity ≤ 90% (at 25 ℃);
3) Altitude ≤ 1000m;
4) The working environment is required to be free of corrosive, flammable, and explosive media.
If the working environment conditions of the valve exceed the capabilities of ordinary electric devices, special protective electric device products are required. This type of electric device product has various types depending on its working environment.
How to compile the model of electric valve devices?
Description of valve electric actuator code:
1 - The type of electric device is represented by the Chinese phonetic alphabet, Z is a multi loop transformation, and Q is a partial rotation type;
2 - Digital representation of the rated output torque of the valve electric actuator (N · m):
3 - Digitally indicate the rated output speed (r/min) of the electric device or the rated output time (s/90 ℃) when the switch rotates at 90 ℃;
4 - Large rotation number of output shaft (not noted for partial rotation type);
5 - Protective electric actuator (ordinary type not noted).

Large number of revolutions of the output shaft: indicated in Arabic numerals, without numbers, see Table 1. Output speed: indicated in Arabic numerals, unit: r/min (revolutions per minute)
